Who you're paying

Seektra, Astro Seektra, and Tarot Seektra are operated by Jsimplify LLC (c/o Republic Registered Agent LLC, 36 Russ Street, 3rd Floor, Hartford, CT 06106, United States). Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Seektra subscriptions

• Pro — $9.99/month. Billed monthly, automatically renewing on the same date each month.
• Elite — $24.99/month. Billed monthly, automatically renewing on the same date each month.
• Your 14-day free trial is not charged. Billing begins only if you choose to upgrade.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. See our refund & cancellation policy.

Astro & Tarot credit packs

Astro and Tarot question packs are one-time purchases — they do not auto-renew and there is no subscription tied to them.

• 3 questions — $4 ($1.33 per question)
• 10 questions — $10 ($1.00 per question) · Most popular
• 25 questions — $20 ($0.80 per question)
• Every question includes 3 follow-ups. Credits never expire. Your free daily question stays available on top of any purchased credits.

Currency & taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where applicable, taxes may be added at checkout based on your location and are shown before you confirm payment.

Failed or declined payments

If a subscription renewal fails, we may retry the charge over a few days. If it continues to fail, your plan pauses and reverts to the free tier — your memories and companions are preserved. You can update your payment method anytime in account settings.

Receipts
