Agreement between user and Seektra.ai

Seektra.ai and its related products — including Seektra (AI companion), Astro Seektra, and Tarot Seektra — are operated by Jsimplify LLC. These products are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained here. Your use of Seektra constitutes your agreement to all such terms.

Our products

Jsimplify LLC operates the following digital products under the seektra.ai domain:

• Seektra — an AI companion app for emotional support, friendship, and everyday conversation.
• Astro Seektra — a Vedic astrology app offering birth charts, transits, and compatibility readings.
• Tarot Seektra — tarot readings and daily draws.

All products are digital and delivered instantly. Astrology and tarot content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.

Modification of these terms

Jsimplify LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Seektra is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with its use.

Eligibility & age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Seektra. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the service. By accepting these terms, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age and to immediately terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.

Content standards & prohibited use

Seektra is designed for emotional support, companionship, and everyday conversation. Seektra does not permit or generate sexual, explicit, or adult content; such content is blocked by built-in safeguards. While users may select a "romance" companion style, it is limited to affectionate, non-explicit interaction. You may not use the service for:

• Sexually explicit content — including pornography, sexual roleplay, sexting, or any form of sexual solicitation or innuendo.
• Hate speech — content that attacks or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Harassment, bullying, or threats toward any individual or group.
• Illegal activities — including drug production, violence, fraud, hacking, or any activity violating local, national, or international law.
• Self-harm or suicide encouragement — any content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behaviors.
• Grooming or exploitation — any attempt to manipulate or exploit minors or vulnerable individuals.

Payments, subscriptions & credit packs

Seektra offers paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite), and Astro/Tarot Seektra offer one-time credit packs. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. For full details on charges, renewals, cancellation, and refunds, please see our Billing Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Service availability & modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may update companion personalities, features, or functionality to improve user experience and safety.

Termination / access restriction

Jsimplify LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to Seektra and related services, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Liability disclaimer

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through Seektra may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Jsimplify LLC and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to Seektra at any time.

The companion is an AI tool and not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency services. Advice received via Seektra should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions, and you should consult an appropriate professional for advice tailored to your situation. Astrology and tarot content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only.

No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of your use of Seektra, you warrant to Jsimplify LLC that you will not use Seektra for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use Seektra in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Seektra.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jsimplify LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

General

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Seektra. Use of Seektra is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Jsimplify LLC as a result of this agreement or use of Seektra.
