Seektra and its related products — Seektra (AI companion), Astro Seektra, and Tarot Seektra — are operated by Jsimplify LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies across all products under the seektra.ai domain.

1. Data we collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve your experience:

• Personal information: name, email address, and age (for age verification).
• Companion configuration: companion name, gender, relationship type, selected traits, and intensity level (Seektra).
• Astrology inputs: for Astro Seektra, birth date, time, and place — used solely to calculate your chart.
• Usage data: conversation logs (anonymized for quality improvement) and feature usage patterns.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

2. How we use your data

• To create and personalize your experience (companion or astrology readings).
• To verify you are 18 years or older, in line with our age policy.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and credit packs.
• To improve service quality and AI responses.
• To send important account notifications (verification, security alerts, policy updates).
• To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse, including underage usage.

3. Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties — ever.

We do not share your conversation history with advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.

We do not transfer your data to unauthorized third parties for any commercial purpose.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as Stripe for payment processing and infrastructure providers for hosting — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Data security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures. Passwords are stored using secure hashing, and we conduct regular security reviews to protect your information.

5. Data retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Underage accounts: if we discover an account belongs to someone under 18, all data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
• You may request account deletion at any time; we remove all personal data within 30 days.
• Anonymized usage data (with no personal identifiers) may be retained for research and improvement.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@seektra.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Age restriction & children's privacy

This service is strictly for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store data from individuals under 18.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will:

• Immediately terminate the account.
• Permanently delete all associated data.
• Block future registration attempts from that email or identifier.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor has created an account should contact us immediately at privacy@seektra.ai.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
